05/19 tech and tune

We will make this a pot luck. Time to start getting down what everyone is bringing so we can have a ballanced meal. Ballanced means 2 sweet dishes for every vegetable.....right?? I figure we should start fairly early so we can get as much done as possible with the cars. How about 10:00 am till somewhere around 6pm. For those who did not come last time, this is an event for the family.He has a swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, 4 guitars, 2 amps, p.a.system kareoke machine, 65 inch high def tv with X-Box and Play Station. Play structure with sand box for the young-uns and tools out the wazuuu for the big-uns!!

Hey all!
Justa lil reminder about the Tech n Tune Saturday at Mark's home. Please check out the thread and RSVP! This was a great event last year and we are looking to make it fun again. Bring the whole family and a dish and get outside for the day.

We did the tech stuff upon arrival all the way up until we ate the second time. We all didn't have mods to do to our cars but just being with friends made it all good. If I can remember who all did what is my part. Frank, well he did a lot of work with the adjusting and all as he installed a new thermostat. Jeanette brought her new carbon fiber hood to install and even installed her new fog lights. Jeff installed them police car light thingies in the turn signal housings..... can't remember what they are called.... sorry. He redid some wiring and installed toggle switches to his likings. Rom had Mark check his tires to make sure he wasn't riding dirty, (tires were alligned).
Thanks to Mark and Frank and their knowledge of things we got some much wanted mods done. Me, I just threw on a couple of coats of Zaino on HPNOTIQ and that was quite enough for me. John S. had some minor scratching rubbed out and we were pretty much set.
John and Jeanette helped Lorrie plant some flowers and I even remembered to take a group shot. John, you left too quickly and I didn't even know you left to stop you for the picture. Sorry. I know you took a lot of pictures too so if you can post them for us that would be great!
The food.... OMG the food we all brought was so yummy. Roasted chickens, pork loin, chips, spanish rice, beans, salsa, eggs, tri-tip, chocolate cream pie, lasagne, sodas, beer, fruit and so on, oh so yummy!
Oh and did I mention the pool table and the karaoke? Yes, we did karaoke up until midnight. Rom, Jeanette and Greg were gone already too but Frank cut out as soon as we mentioned singing..... Chicken!!!! What fun we had and what a great way to kick off the upcoming of summer in a few weeks then to have a day with friends and fun. Looking forward to another fun time real soon. I hope all of you that missed this can make time to join us next event?
