Most, if not all, of the post here are about not so good dealer experience.
I thought I'd share a good one.
:TU: David Dodge in PA. :TU:
Always get treated like family when I'm in.

I purchased the AFE stage 2 intake and Borla 125s. Needed an oil change so I thought I would see if they would to the installs.
Oil change, Air Intake and Exhaust - total charge $350. I figure $80 was oil, so I think that was a very good deal.
They did a great job. In at 9am and done by 12.

I've never had a problem with my RT. In the past I've had some foreign cars and I can tell you they are not perfect. My 2000 Honda was in for misc. stuff 4 times the first year.
My wife has a new Altima. It's been in 3 times and they still can't figure out the funny "thump" noise it sometimes makes. Also, the driver's seat needs to be replaces because of a bad spring.
Cars have thousands of parts. Hundreds of employees, good and bad, have had their hands on them. So basically... **** happens.
I don't think you can dis an entire line of cars because yours has a problem.

There are good and fair customer concerned auto dealers. I have nitrous on my SRT but when I had coolant problems, my dealer covered it under warranty.

Good service does not make a story! After all it is what the dealer should do. I have provided my dealer with information from this site like TSBs they knew nothing about. Now when my car comes in the service manager comes up to chat.

This dealer also has a performance shop down the street. They have a dyna pac dyno and are going to become a CMR tuner. A couple of months back I had to spell Predator for them.
