Just a couple of weeks ago I made a purchase from BMC. Needless to say I paid for 2 day shippping and one item came 3 day. So today I purchased another item and e-mailed them to explain what happened on the last order. They simply discounted the price of what I purchased today. NO PROBLEMS just simple communication!! If not all the items are in stock at our FL locations, we ship items separately from the closest warehouse/manufacturer to save time in getting them to you. We don't charge additional shipping when we need to ship several packages, but try to get things out as quickly as possible from wherever makes the most logistic sense.
