LED Halo Installation Instructions:
1) Remove the high beam bulb and lo beam bulbs, this allows the inside of the lamp to heat at the same rate as the outside of the lamp.
2) Take note of the 6 plastic tabs around the lens, these are the only things besides the glue that hold the lens to the body of the headlight.
-First, test fit the headlight in the cool oven. The lamp should be situated in the center of the oven, away from the heating element.
-Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, once pre-heated insert the lamp and set a timer for 12 Minutes.

3) Carefully remove the light form the oven (Caution: Light will be hot).
Use Oven Mitts or shop towels to handle the hot lamp.
A- Start by lifting the tab at the bottom end of the light with a flathead screwdriver.
B- Now lift the next tab at the bottom while pushing the lens away from the housing.
(Be careful not to PRY the lens from the housing.)
C- Continue this motion down the bottom of the headlight, working your way back. Once there is a gap between the lens use your hands to pull the assembly apart.
4) If the lens does not separate easily from the housing insert the lamp back into the oven for another 5 minutes and repeat the last step. While you pull the assembly apart be careful not to let any of the glue come in contact with the inside of the lens. If you have a helper get them pull the glue back while you separate the light.
*Note: you want to preserve the OEM glue as much as possible for a good re-seal.
5) While the housing is still warm remove the black housing from the body of the light. Now lay out the entire assembly to cool for about 5 minutes.
*NOTE: Now is a good time to paint the housing if you plan to do so.
Hi Beam Ring Installation
1) Begin by clearing an adequate workspace and lay down a towel to work on.
2) Line up the ring on the housing and drill a small hole where the wires will route through.
3) Prep the chrome surface with the alcohol prep pad and allow the excess to evaporate.
4) Remove the adhesive backing on the ring and stick to the housing with slight pressure and hold in place for 10 seconds.
Repeat Process for Low Beam:
* We find if both surfaces are warm you will get better adhesion, you can warm them with a hairdryer.
