predator upgraded tune

I installed my knn system after i did the 91 tune on the predator....and since the instructions told me to dissconnect the battery in order to install the knn system , I wonder if that resets the car to the factory tune.......i guess what im trying to say is does dissconecting the battery mean...

I have read a lot about these plugs anyone use them? Are they worth the money? I am looking for a few small power adders.
