I have a 2010 pursuit hemi I'm wondering if there is anything that can be unlocked from the computer anything secrets that could be hidden anything I can do to it to open it up or any special tune for the government?

No super tune for the popo lol. Same tune as any R/T that year, except maybe with speed limiter variations.

Best thing to improve performance is a custom tune. As already mentioned "Same tune as any R/T that year, except maybe with speed limiter variations".

Diablo will be the plug and play tuner for you. Easy to use, the T2 model (ex platinum has 93oct tune, standard ex has only 91oct tune) can also be used as a gauge display, 0-60 timer, and its easy to upload email tunes if you start modding the motor to get you into the safe operation zone. HP tuner is quite a bit more in depth as far as tuning options go but I would be careful of changing stuff too much with no experience but if you go to a tuning shop, 4/5 times that is what they use because of how many vehicles HP tuner supports
