2017 pursuit switch between awd and rwd

I'm looking to being able to switch from AWD to RWD I was under the impression you could switch using radio or steering wheel controls. I could add a switch the the #10 fuse. Do I need Alfa Obd?

I have a 2017 Pursuit with AWD 5.7L
