I'm having an issue with my AWD system it will work when ever it feels like it. There is nothing wrong with it mechanically. it just works sometimes and sometimes it won't. I keep getting (U0100 lost comm with PCM/EMC, U0101 lost comm with TCM and U0102 lost comm with TCCM) from the ABS module but the ABS is working fine.No issues with Trans and no issues with engine.

These AWD systems are quite delicate. If you're throwing codes regarding the abs control module, it can shut down the AWD mode. I've had nothing but issues with mine. What year is yours?

The was a recall for 2011 and early 2012s where a fuse setup needed to be changed so that the abs control module could reliably get the right voltage or something like that. I had this issue and it killed AWD and threw codes. It was a pain to get the dealership to fix it cause some asshole tech listed mine as "inspected", but never fixed it. I had to get my hands on one of FCA's own repair manuals with pictures to prove mine wasn't fixed. And since it was a safety recall, I threaten to go to the government with it.

I remember that. I had that recall taken care of back in 2012. That issue caused the ABS system to completely shut down. It was fun for me not so much for my tires.
