I might be touching bases with you soon, I have some upgrades that need to be done prior to this though. Need to get the RER and then probably go with you and get the rear camera, will still need to get me a front one. Do you know if there is an option to record?

Kimera,

We can give you the inputs you need to do a front and rear cam. I carry reverse cameras but our front cameras don't record. You can find them though. Let me know when you're ready.

Hi hondo,

Well if you plan on adding a camera, you do need the av cable. For a charger I would suggest our cam5, $149 or our license plate cam $179. The allgig is $289 and the av cable is $64. Dont forget when you order with me directly you will get 10% off before shipping.

Suzanne, Does this $149 CAM5 have night vision???
I see the license plate cam has night vision but I would perfer the CAM5.
Chuck,

No it doesn't. nightvision on the other cam is consisted of
leds to light the area. The reverse lights on the vehicle is enough.
Cam5 is an awesome cam, My favorite and my techs favorite too!

Any feedback from techs or customers if the back-up stock bulbs are better than LED's (or vise/versa) to use with CAM5 for nighttime illumination?
Inquiring minds want to know because I am just about ready to "pull the pin" on this type of set camera up.

We use the cam5 on all sorts of vehicles. From Jeeps to Porsche. I had a cam 5 on my Jeep but changed to another camera. The only reason I changed it is because the boss needed to test a new camera that we sourced for a customer overseas. The cam5 is a great cam and has an awesome image on the nav screen. You would be evenly happy with either of them.
