For all of you that clay bar your car, throw it away. It's expensive but so worth the investment, is the clay bar towel. Detailing shops and paint shops use it and it's an amazing product. You will save a ton of time using the towel. I gave a link to one site but you can find many others just shop for the best price.

That's looks interesting, but it is pretty pricey. How long have you had yours? I'm just wondering how long it would last.

I personally don't have one. The two auto paint shops I work at do and use it on a daily basis and have had it for at least eight months. It still works great. The reason we use it is for any over spray that gets on the car it comes right off using the towel instead of wet sanding and buffing it off. It saves hours of work.

Very interesting, I've had a claybar alternative sponge that I've used before in a few spots that works pretty good, I have yet to do the whole car with it though.
