I googled it and got the answer. P0007 is a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) for "Fuel Shutoff Valve "A" Control Circuit High".

My car just rolled over 200,000 miles it's an 08 dodge charger pursuit with the 5.7 hemi and it will randomly attempt to stall when coming to a stop light or randomly put itself in limp mode and I don't have the money for dodge to diagnose please help

Good luck with this code. Not much on the forums and several posts debated whether or not Dodge has a Fuel Shutoff Valve like the Fords. Some even implied that it may be embedded in with the crash safety stuff.
If it happens randomly, I would disconnect the battery in the trunk for at least 15 minutes to reset some of the electronics. Many times this has helped me with electrical crap.
