If you replaced the camshaft position sensor, I would check the wiring harness & connectors to the cam sensor. The PCM sends the 5V supply to the sensor and the sensor sends the cam signal to the PCM. P0344 is an intermittent failure, so it's possible the wiring/connector is either grounding/shorting or opening the 5V supply or the cam signal.
There's a tonewheel (pulse ring) behind the cam sensor. Replace the tonewheel if there's any damage, foreign material, or excessive movement.
If you decide to replace the crankshaft position sensor, it's located at the right-rear side of the engine block (by the starter) It's bolted into a machined hole in the engine block.
