When ordering the kin digit (bitchin rides) cutout. Will the 3" work? This is a weld on unit. The link is the direct link to the cutouts. I accidentally bought the 3" option.

The biggest concern I would have is the side that goes to the exhaust is cut to wrap around a 3in exhaust. If you want a flush fit for the welds, I would break out the Dremel and grind it down just a tad bit to fit perfectly on your exhaust whether you have 2.75" OD or 2.5" OD. Even if you get just 'close enough', the weld should be able to fill any remaining gaps

Well on the listing it says "-Fits a 3" Exhaust but can be easily modified to fit any size." so i would assume that all you really need is a dremel or a piece of tube that is the same diameter as your exhaust and sand paper.

I went ahead and called them and changed it to a 2.75".
