I have 2016 r/t . Does anybody know the proper lubricant for the rear differential? I seen a video on YouTube of guy using Mopar 75w 85 in his scat pack, is that the right weight?

If the scat pack has a different diff like a getrag that may explain the difference.
I have a 13 R/T and used the recommended 75-140w. I used the Mobil Synthetic.

I will tell you this, get a good pump for the refill. And if you can warm it up do it.

My 2015 R/T used 75w85. Nobody sells that around here, so I went to the dealership, gave them my VIN, and got a quart of the correct kind for around $20. It takes 1.1 quarts, so get 2 if you dont have any at all. I already had some 75w90, so I topped it off with that.

To the OP and their v6, I'd just swing by a local dealer and get some. Just have your VIN handy to ensure you get the correct kind.
