Disappointed In ur customer serive

    I ordered my new arrington intake with box almost 1 month ago, and never got a phone call,email nothing....I had to call,email.....and now i hear its gonna be another 7-10 working days.....I want some kind of discount or im gonna get a FULL refund and take my business to 213 Auto....and get their carbon fiber hammer intake.....your choice...

    yea, i hear yall.....but i like the arrington intake and it comes with a box....but if they dont get their heads on straight, i will be jumping ship....

    You have every reason to be disappointed and upset, I certainly would be. If there's one thing I can't stand is piss-poor customer service. It's totally unacceptable!!! I mean, there are a ton of things a company can not control all the time; slow shipping, a peak in orders, blemished products they buy to make whatever they make...the list could go on and on. BUT, the ONE thing they can ALWAYS control is their customer service. It doesn't cost one single nickle to be nice to someone, to respond to their questions, to answer the phone or email or PM. Even if they have to tell you the products not in yet, or there's been an unexpected delay in production...those types of things we can accept. But poor customer service is something that never has to happen and something that I just can't tolerate. There are too many other quality places I would prefer to support that give a damn about their customer. Think about it, from a business perspective, who's the most important person in the business...it's not the ops manager, not he designer or the marketer...It's the customer...Who without, you wouldn't even exist.

    So do what you have to do man. If you feel you've given them ample time to make things right then move on to a company who will treat you like a real customer. I'm sure there are others out there who sell the same, or similar, product you are looking for.

    They got back with me today, my order is going to ship tomorrow....I cant wait for this intake.....Il be the first to have it on a 11 charger i think....

    Il never order another item from this company, they told me on monday my intake would ship on wednesday an now they have no idea....I had to call again wen they PROMISED me an email an call back...that never happens....i called just now an theyhave no time period on wen it will ship....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE
