    Apparently they are hoping this thread will go away. Bad news never dies...it just snowballs. Really weird that they wouldn't want to respond and state their side of the case.

    ^^there is no side to their case thats why.....they put me on the run around for along time and they know it, and have nothing to say...and dont get me started on the fitment of the intake.....on a scale 1-10 i give them a -5.....Il never deal with this company ever again....and their customer service blows too

    Well, as long as this thread stays #1 in their Vendor section, they have to realize they won't get any sales from Z members. Their choice...Oh well.

    its been over a month After several calls to them and several emails also I still havent heard back from them regarding the fuel rails they sold me. Luckily I was able to sell them and got most of my money back. I WILL NOT use them ever again. Speedlogix is where my money goes now.

    Yeah I ordered a 85mm TB on the 11th and I called them the other day and they said they will be ready to ship on the 21st well the 21st has past and no shipping info. But they were quick to take my $411.00.

    Ouch, sounds like they're almost as bad as Hennessey.

    After reading this I'll be sure to look elsewhere for mods.

    Every time I call I get a voice mail for tammy and I leave a message and they never call me back. WTF why have a phone if your not going to call people back. SMFH

    Got my TB yesterday, Tammy was on vacation that is why she didnt call me back, but they could have put that on their voice mail. still I got no email saying it was shipped it was just sitting at my door step yesterday. People like to know when their stuff ships.

    I ABSOLUTY hate this company....and i steer ppl away.....very poor customer service and they never email u when stuff ships but r SUPER quick to take ur funds for the item u get in like 2 months...

    reading this just lost my biz for an aftermarket 426! c'mon guys you only succeed by working with your Customers hell, I'd still try buying from them if they owned up and just said we apologize but we didn;t receive them when expected and offered a voucher or discounted price on intake. I can respect a company who is honest, trie stheir best to make things right and owns up to their faults!

    I'm not sure if the staff changed or not, but I ordered a CAI from them a month ago and received the parts in a few days, even got an email with a tracking # too. Unfortunately when it arrived it was missing a piece (connecting elbow, kinda important) so I called after business hours and left a message for them explaining what was going on. I got an email the next day to clarify what was missing (ok I had a little to drink before calling so my message may or may not have been audible lol) I emailed them back and received a phone call within I think 10 minutes for a final clarification and to tell me they would overnight the part. Sure enough, it was at my door the next day and on the car a few hours later. Just throwing out my personal experience with them.

    I have also chatted with a member of their staff about both stroker kits and a supercharger. They have been very responsive and helpful.. no problems here :D

    I have looked at their website and thought about ordering from them but I am kinda wary about it now. I will most likely stick with some of the more reputable vendors on here.

    Just the opinion I"ve heard in the local area here since were pretty close.

    Great, amazing facility, beautiful floors walls etc.... Very clean, when you go there you are treated like number one. They do very good work there good price, but once done there has and hasn't been issues.

    My friend loves his 6.4L he got put into his Chally. The tuner there did remote tuning on it but it wasn't quite perfect or nearly as good as it should have been. So he got it re-tuned locally at what is considered one of the Very best tuners in the country for the Hemi. He got him a pretty significant gain in HP. But along with that the drivability was ALOT better. Arrington did him right though in the end. They paid for him to get re-tuned with the local guy here. So although he had the heartache of it not being quite perfect. it all worked out in the end.

    They did my cam upgrade and tune very last minute for me back in Jan. They gave me great customer service and a tour of the shop, which was very nice and clean. Sorry not everyone's experience was like mine but I know a good number of happy customers.
