I love to see more drag races on Youtube for the new 2012+ Chargers. I am curious what the average time would be for a 1/4 mile at sea level for a stock Charger. Road and Track never tested the Charger and their times always seem slow. The other videos on Youtube are at high elevation and run 13+ secs.

I wish they would open a track in Long Island,

13.7 and 12.8 are about the times you will see for stock with an above average driver IMO. Better stickies on the back and you would get better times in the SRT. Even with better tires the stock R/T's hp/weight ratio is not going to get any better.

These times were in the most recent car and driver where they tested the SRT8 charger against the new Chevy SS.
