Engine stalling

2010 dodge charger 3.5l
So my issue has happened after I had the heads rebuilt after timing belt broke. Car ran great before the belt broke. So far I have replaced all gaskets, plugs, coils, cam sensor, map sensor, all 02 sensors, injectors, fuel pump. I have checked to make sure all of my connections are plugged in but keeps throwing random misfire code and closed fuel loop on bank 1 and 2. Engine has rough idle. Cold start it runs fine after idle for roughly 5 min starts to hesitate. I have a new egr and throttle body arriving in a few days. I don't know if it's something I'm missing but I'm at a loss at this point. Anyone have any ideas that might help me figure out why the engine has rough idle and dies with any applied acceleration.
