I tried posting this ten different times and so hopefully this one works.
I've got a 2007 charger former police and my windows in the back didn't work, only through the master switch. Well I got them working tonight, and don't believe the myth, it doesn't require a STARscan tool, and there were no wires cut, at least in my case.
If you remove the B-pillar cover with the four screws holding it in, you'll see a set of wires that go into a hole in the B-pillar and actually connect to the rear door. Pull the rubber off the wires that is the rear door wiring and you'll see the two tabs holding this connection into the pillar. You'll also see that both sides of the connection have the same color coded wires but two wires aren't in the right places on the body side of the connection, an orange wire with a light blue stripe and a smaller purple wire with a yellow stripe.
On the body side of the connection, there's a plastic tab that you'll have to take out in order to depress the smaller plastic tab inside for each wire and pull the wires from the connection. then pay attention to the door wiring and put the two wires that you just pulled back in the connection in the appropriate spot and test it, and your doors will work!!
