This may sound like a silly question, but I'm trying to change my spark plugs and I'm having a hard time getting the electrical connector off of the coil pack. Is there a trick to it? I'm afraid to break them. Thanks in advance for your help!

Edit: I figured it out!

I had to change them in the 06 R/T not the Daytona. It has 38K miles on it. I will definitely show you this weekend.

You have a 06 with 38K..
I have a 07 with 37K..
I got my car with 20 miles on it. In Jan 07..
Now as you could tell I love to drive this car

I'm going to show Bullish how to change them this weekend. I'll take some pics then.

I looked in my Haynes Manual and it appears to be more difficult to change the plugs in the 2.7 and 3.5 than the HEMI. In the book, it mentions removing the upper intake manifold to get to the coil packs. I have only changed them in the HEMI so I don't know for sure. Maybe someone else can answer.

How to w/ pics

Other items used, anti-seize compound for plug threads (use sparingly) and dielectric grease for ease of re-installing the boots.

Before you begin, it is has been suggested to get a shop vac and blow out all dust and debris in the engine bay so nothing can get accidental dropped into the combustion chambers while plugs are temporarily out.

You can do this....
