Hi,
I’m new to this forum and I’m not sure if I’m posting in the correct thread so if I’m not, sorry!
I just recently bought a 2013 charger RT and I am having a couple of issues. First, the only way to start my car is if I push the start button with the key fob itself. Also, none of the buttons on the key fob work. I cannot unlock, lock, pop the trunk, panic, none of it. Is this a programming issue with the key or something else?

Also, when I got it, the Bluetooth and Uconnect was working fine. However, after a few days it just stopped. Anytime I try to go into setting and go to Bluetooth, it will not let me go into it. Also, when I go to the phone screen, it just says please wait. I’m not sure what the issue is. Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks!

1 issue could be the key fob battery is dead, the other sounds like the bluetooth module is dead.

The hands free module (Bluetooth) is located under the instrument panel, to the left of the steering column, mounted to the amplifier bracket.
With a new battery in the key FOB it should work without touching it to the ignition button. The problem could be the key FOB (weak signal) or the Key Ignition Node (ignition push button module).
There are some codes that may have been logged. You need a OBD2/CAN scanner that can read Bxxxx Body codes to see them. The dealership system diagnostics can also help isolate the problem.
