My 2011 dodge charger se 3.6 l is pouring coolant from the back of the engine onto the top of the transmission. Any idea what is causing this?

Likely the engine oil cooler, they are the usual coolant leak that you are unable to find. If you remove the upper intake and see coolant in the valley where the oil cooler is located then that's the issue. It's a pretty easy fix but unfortunately you don't know until you remove the upper intake and visually see the coolant around the oil cooler.
It's likely the oil cooler itself and the entire assembly and gasket will need to be replaced. I went with a factory piece when I replaced mine but you can get a cheap one. Personally, if I am going to do all the work to get to the cooler I might as well replace it while I'm there...lol
