My 2011 dodge charger se 3.6 l is pouring coolant from the back of the engine onto the top of the transmission. Any idea what is causing this?

Most likely reason is a coolant hose, highly unlikely but possible the oil cooler is broken, if the oil cooler is broken there are more symptoms such as over heating and mix oil with coolant or vice versa.
