I'm looking at by a 2014 Dodge Charger all wheel drive Max RT It has been well taken care of been mostly a commercial vehicle 120000 miles Curious if this is worth the money he is offering

Seems a little high. All depends on the options. Are they willing to negotiate price?

Price seems ok to me. . The Max means it has all the bells and whistles you could ask for. Def have a mechanic check it out for any issues if your serious about purchasing it. Even if it costs you a few bucks, it would be peace of mind for you. If it was maintenance as stated, it should have lots of life left.
