    Hey Mopar Family,
I have a 2008 Charger se sadly not the Hemi. My coolant temperature guage stays right on the middle but will drop a bit when on the highway or at long time idle such as traffic or a drive thru. I bought a USB obd2 reader and my temperature reads 220f on stop and go traffic and around 190-200 while driving. Is this normal ? Should my needle be fluctuating?
    Thanks! Any info would help!
I have changed the radiator, thermostat, coolant air bleeder, coolant sensor, flushed, and currently using the HOAT coolant. Both my fans only turn on when the car is 217-220f. I noticed using the heater cools down the car.

While it doesn't sound normal it also doesn't sound like an issue you should be worried about. The cooler the better, I remember back when I was living in Chicago I think I had a similar issue but it was mainly because of the cold. If its not going any higher you should be fine.
