Cold air intake and Exhaust swaps aren't power gainers. If you want power, a tune is the best way to get a few extra HP but it's not alot. Real power gainers come from long tube headers, Cam swap, higher stall converters, lower gear sets. Those are what make the real difference. Power isn't cheap.

A tune would probably be the next easiest thing, but it's not cheap. A diablo tuner will also need a new PCM, and can potentially void the warranty on your vehicle. But that's probably one of the best bangs for the buck. Headers would be good if you don't want to crack into the motor. 6.4 intake manifold looks to be pretty good too. Then you're most likely looking at cams, gears, etc.

The Mopar scat pack stage 1 pcm is around a 18hp increase and maintains factory warranty.

Talk to Steve White Motorsports, they're a Dodge dealer. They sell the PCM! I had the dealer I bought my car from talk to them because they were clueless too lol.
6.4 manifold wouldn't be covered by warranty itself, but a lot less can go wrong that they can pin on the IM as opposed to a tuner. Gear ratio is kind of up to you, the 3.06 out of a Scat Pack/SRT would be decent, or you could go more aggressive from some of the previous year Chally/Chargers!
