Well. We're going to need just a bit more information. What radio? What code? What did it replace, and why?As much info as you can provide usually helps a lot.

You will need the donor vehicle VIN and the serial information on the back of the radio, dealerships can do this over the phone with that information, but some will try and force you to come in. I would take a picture of the entire back of the radio sticker and have the donor VIN available. Should not be too much of a hassle. Some dealers will charge you, some won't.

Try this website ivgsoft.com, you don't even need the VIN or a trip to the dealer.
it appears you can get most codes for less than $15.00.

I left the car off over the night when I got in the car this morning to go to work it was unlocked
