Yes you could, but for the money and work involved it wouldn't be worth nor really do you any good, especially on a stock 08 engine. If you say, have a cam and eagle heads, different story.

You can get more bang for your buck going to shortie headers and high flow cats, this really responds well with a tuner

I’d be curious about this for my 2011 R/T too. Seen a YouTube video swearing by the 392 on the 5.7 🤷🏼‍♂️

Now for YOUR car, different story. Your heads are much more related to 392 heads, bigger valves, larger ports on an engine with alot more cam and compression. You also wouldn't need to space it to clear anything like a pre-eagle engine would. Even without a cam you'd see benefits, a cam would make them just that much better. Just make sure you swap out the 392 injectors for your stock eagle 5.7 injectors (which are also stock for the 6.1) as they'd be overkill for your engine.
