I have been having trouble with my front sway bar bushings slipping out of their brackets on my 2012 Dodge Charger. What I have finally found is that a bolt on the top sway bar linkage is bottom out against my front brake wheel cylinder housing. I had my wife turn the steering wheel while the car was jacked up and noticed that once the sway bar linkage hit the wheel cylinder housing and more pressure was applied to turn the wheel, the sway bar bushings would start to slide a little bit out of the housing. I am guessing that the bushings would slip out of the housings the rest of the way as the car goes up and down on a "rough" spot on road.

I am thinking that the rack and pinion is over extending itself. Can anyone help? The sway bar as well as the linkages and tie-rod ends are not bent.
