Hi charger gang,



I just bought a 2015 charger from the police auction, I found out that:

1. backup light was working.
2. taillight was not working.
3. trunk was not opening with key fob/or the push button for the trunk.
4. I was able to find the issue, the waring was cut by someone I was able to find the cut and repair the cut waring, now I have the:
5. backup light is working.
6. the trunk is opening.
7. but taillight is not working.
8. back marker are not working, can someone help please? thank you

The wiring was not cut by someone, the way the trunk opens and closes has cause issues with the wiring and eventually it breaks. Try checking again to make sure you didn’t miss any broken wires In the loom from trunk to car.

Thank you, but to let you know this was a police car therefore before bringing it to the auction they have cut the wiring in the trunk area. I was not able to find any more broken/or cut wires.
I Still have no tail lights.
