I chatted with the tech-support for the Tazer ... concerning my 2014 Pursuit ..

They stated that it will not work with the column shifter
I will not be able to open the sports mode page
which I guess is where the transmission shift points are adjusted?

So that limits a lot of the features of the tazer .... so sad

I asked if I converted to a factory floor shifter .... if it would work?
They responded ... it might but not sure since no one has tried it yet?

Ug
The only features I want is : line lock, shift RPM settings & EVIC menus for 0 to 60.. 1/4 mile ets etc.

I would have to say NO, I think it has to do with the actual transmission, NOT where the shifter is located in the car. Good luck.

I have a nag1 5 speed automatic .... hmmmm

I wonder if it has something to do with the unconnect screen size??
Pursuits hav the 4” unconnect screen .
RT’s have the 8” unconnect screen ...

I have a Tazer in my Pursuit. It works largely without problems, other than in SRT mode, the temperature gauge reads lower, and I have been known to inadvertently trigger the 'light show' when I don't want to. I use it more for the convenience features than anything else, and the last software update added a couple cool things. The column shift does not seem to matter. The features you are looking for will be present. Go ahead and get one and have fun.

Any benefits pro or con in comparison between Transformer / Tazer ???

I have a Tazer in my Pursuit. Hey, thinking of getting one. What are some of the features you can change since they info for the pursuit is basically non existent :/

All of that works on my 2013 Pursuit ... I don't know why it would not work on yours.

Buy the TaZer. Totally worth it.

Long as it is 2012 or newer you get quite a few of the options.

YOu can even more options if you install the 2012+ 8.4 unconnect.

I can confirm, at least on my 2014 pursuit with AlfaOBD, I enabled performance pages, SRT, Sports mode.

I can also confirm sports mode changed the shift points on my tranny.

I don't have a tazer or tranzformer but I would think they "Should" work.

Still works, all it does it alter Shifting patterns a bit. Does not add power though.

You mention you enabled the pages and such but do you have the 8.4Uconnect? The 4.3 will not display any SRT stuff what so ever. The radio units are different programming despite what some one says above.

How did you activate sport mode with a column shifter?
I used alfaobd.... and sport mod works w my 2014 pursuit column shift ... .
search it in the forums
