    Just my opinion...

I did not have any tranny lagging issues or shuddering but still had it flashed.

Nice! Waaaaayyy better. Firm as hell. Tight. Responsive, immediate shifting gear-to gear. Maybe a tenth or two tenths of a second lag (to short to time). Because of exhaust set-up I am in auto-stick 98% of the time and that is where the difference is really noticable, especially over 1800 RPM's. 2500+ RPM's very noticable. You can feel the difference in pressure shifting at any RPM.

If you have not had the TCM flashed yet, do it!

    Again, just my opinion.

I am curious if ther is a recall for this? I want to get it done but not sure if my dealership has any idea about it.

It's not a recall, but it's a TSB. So it should show up in your dealer's database.

The number for this TSB is: 21-001-12 dated January 11, 2012. So it's been out for a while. If your dealer can't find it, they're not trying.

To the OP, thanks for the info :TU:

From what a service advisor told me was, if there is any fix out for a car, you would have the fix done even if you don't experience any problems. In other words, you have no choice lol. That's what happened with me and the door handle problem and trunk light going off too soon. Didn't have problems with either until they flashed my car.

I had the Re-flash done and its a big difference. In Auto-stick the tranny shifts gears NOW!!!! One thing I did do was trying to log some of the info with my scanner. I was not working very well. But the interesting part is that in Auto-stick the 1-2 shift happens a 5450rpm if you don't manually shift it. Normal shift point in drive is 5600.

Thanx for the info. Will have my dealer look at it for me and make sure I am good to go.

The TSB improved my shifting as well, but I still get a rough downshift now and then in "D". It's really annoying.

Hey everybody - I wasn't sure if this TSB was just for the Hemi or not, but I brought it into the dealer yesterday and they flashed it. I was getting delayed shifting and hard shifting from time to time. Seems smoother now.
