Replaced the cabin air filter and cleaned the engine air filter (AEM).

Painted the intake and engine front with Eastwood high temp coating in matte silver.

Installed my new dash cam in 96 degree heat today.

Didn't even try the suction cup mount, and a clamp-on mirror mount proved useless. I opted for the included 'flat surface' mount and ran the wire across the windshield, down the A pillar, under the dash & console to the 12v port.

1080p video, 12mp photo, reverse cam (which I didn't hook up), 3" screen, G-shock, anti-fatigue, parked mode, 32GB micro SD card included.
It's heavy, not a toy and has a great picture.
For $65 I think it's no-brainer insurance.
My only gripe: polarized sunglasses make the screen look black.

I installed some mat to lessen noise. Because I did only a small part before ran out (50sq feet) its not all the effective in my testing but have not done highway yet.

Sliced my fingers more than I ever want to again.

Did the oil change Sunday, took it back to the dealership on Monday. I had it in about 2000 miles ago for a exhaust leak. The dealership did a cat back replacement. They were even nice enough to reinstall my Carven tips. After that I had a drone type noise at freeway speed when the MDS went active. Called them, “ That is the noise from the new exhaust “ and “ Give it a few days, the noise will go away “. Have a appointment for next Monday. To get the repairs done over again. Wonder if the heat shielding will get replaced ?

Exactly. Impact automatically locks the video so it can't be deleted.
It starts recording when you start the car, stops & saves when you shut off. Loops over & over in 1, 3 or 5 minute cycles.

Did second round of road trip prep. Oil Change, Front Sway bar bushings. Rear sway bar link bushings. Was going to do rear bar bushings until I realized you have to drop the damn cradle to do them. Checked everything over, and coated most of the underside with fluid film for corrosion protection when I am on the salts. It worked really well last year.

Well yesterday, got it back from the A/C repair shop. The evaporator was leaking. This is the second Charger i have owned with the same issue, first one was a 2011. Wonder who makes these for Dodge.

In the pics, that color looks like the Sinnamon Stick color. I ALMOST got that color in a GT. Anyway, Did you put those white letters on the tires?? That reminds me of the old days when people had white letter tires. I did on my Camaro ) I'm deciding if I like that or not haha If I got that on my tires, they'd be saying who does this old broad think she is!!! haha and I'd say they are just JELLY!!

Lol Yea I got them from tirestickers.com but yea some love em some hate em I just feel like it gives it a little more character. But a lot of people always think it’s newer than it is and are surprised when I tell them it’s an 06

Yea I know they have different colors but they have been on over a year and half and had no issues with them as long as you prep and clean the tires real well
