On our way to look at purchasing a 2015 Dodge Charger SE with almost 92,000 miles for our son. We’d like for it to last him thru college so another 4-6 years. Wishful thinking? Or are they long lasting? Any tips on what we need to look for? Any issues common to that make/model we need to be aware of? They are asking slightly below KBB value ($12,900). Dealer says it runs great, no issues. We are a little leery as it’s been in 2 supposedly minor accidents years ago which were all repaired.

I would want to see service records, spark plugs need to be changed at 100K miles. As with any car with that many miles things can fail.

If it has an engine hour meter, check that. Does the dealer back his claim with any warranty time?
