For those that have heard both set ups, which is louder, a regular mid muffler delete or replacing the stock mid mufflers with the mini race bullets?

Delete is a little louder, but can be a little raspy too. Bullets tone down the sound a tiny bit, but also eliminate the rasp. My r/t has the full size bullets and I get lots of compliments. Tame in the neighborhood, beastly at wot. The mini bullets are a little louder than mine, but sound great too.

I've been very happy with my mid muffler delete. It's loud when I step on it but still modest when i'm driving conservatively. The cold start sounds very nice. I haven't experience much raspiness with mine. From what I can tell, it varies from car to car. It could be due to the bend of the pipe or many things. I also personally believe it sounds different on the 17 and above. I've listened to mid deletes on youtube for 15s and 16s, to me they sound way different than 17 or newer. With those I was hearing raspiness.
