Hello, I have a 2013 Dodge Charger R/T. The low-speed fan isn't turning on even when the AC is running; only the high-speed fan kicks in when the engine reaches 220 degrees. I've checked all the fuses and replaced the radiator fan, but the issue persists. I've also recharged the AC to the correct specifications, and the AC clutch engages properly. Everything seems to be working except for the low-speed fan. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
