I was up in Sudbury visiting my dad. Was probably some kids trying to be cool or cause issues.

I used some bondo and Rubber cement with black touchup paint to make it half decent but it will need to be replaced for certain before winter hits

i have no clue what dinged/scratched doors cost but that price seems very steep to me...i hope you can find a better deal...

Yeah I can see it being around that if it was the driver door with all the controls but this is just the Passenger side door and I mean.. Its scratched and will need to be painted

For a 2008 model I am hoping to find something around the 500 mark if possible If I am going 700 I may as well spend the extra 2000 on a junker in a junk yard and upgrade my seats at the same time

Lol oh god trust me I was out for blood for a bit.
I actually hid in a bush for a hour waiting for them to come back so that I could destroy them

After a while though I realized I was being a idiot and went on my way
I have kind of patched it up so its hard to see while I am driving but if you get a good look you can really see the damage. Looks like someone took a shopping card and smashed the heck out of it... Bondo, rubber glue and touchup paint helps...


Ugh.... I will take a few pix this evening and upload them when I get back from the military base. Not looking forward to being laughed at by the boys.. (First time back to work from vacation this afternoon)

any door shell should work up to '10 models. you may have to swap out interior panels, though...But I guess you probably already knew that.
Hope you get her back to normal soon.

 

Ok sorry for the delay but here is a pix.

I patched it up as much as I could with touchup paint, rubber cement and gloss so thank god its not as noticeable...

The back door I can get away with a shell but the front is a little smushed and the jerks hit something to cause the door to stop working from the outside handle/ the window only goes down 5 inches now.

I may have to look online for a manual on how to open up the door to see the damage.

Still have no idea how the hell they made such a deep dent where it is.. I think they may have rammed a minecart or something into it.

For the amount of damage I see there I'd turn it into the insurance, the best you could hope for doing it yourself is breaking even. I'd pay the bump in insurance and get it all replaced and repainted. Paint alone is $500 or more.
