These are my codes, im thinking it's possibly more than 1 issue. Bought car used it was obviously wrecked and repaired. Had either a valve leak or blown head gasket when I purchased it. I replaced the cylinder head but reused the cams/rockers/lifters and phasers.

Im thinking the camshaft issue is the phaser. I replaced the sensors because it was cheap and easy.

Im pretty handy and trying to avoid taking it in if I can do it myself. I actually replaced the head myself.

Any thoughts or advise is appreciated. Thanks

But I have bigger issues now, took the valve cover off and checked everything. While puting thr valve cover back on I pinched/shorted injector wiring harness and now I have a code for all the injectors open circuit. I'm thinking I likely fried the PCM oops 😬

Only advice I can offer is if the sensors were aftermarket replace them with factory Mopar ones.
Chargers are finicky when it comes to sensors, always best to use originals
