Hey everyone!
Hoping someone can help me out. I have a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT. Wife left the driveway yesterday and made it about a mile down the road when she came to a stop sign. When she went to leave the stop sign, the car throttle response lowered and then the car died and wouldn't start again. The light came on with the lightning bolt and shut off the engine. I plugged it into my scanner and got the following codes.
P0113 - Intake Air Temp Sensor 1 Circuit High
P0108 - Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Circuit High
U1424 - Implausible Engine Torque Signal Received
In an attempt to get the car back on the road, I replaced the MAP and IAT Sensors, but the codes are permanent and I can't clear them off the system to try and get the car to start again. After replacing them, I tried starting the car and it still just goes through a cranking cycle but won't start. Visually checked the wires and don't see any abnormal wear or anything. Put some dielectric grease on the connectors and still the same thing.
Any suggestions on what may be causing this or how to clear the codes so the engine can start and go through a normal cycle again?
Thanks!
