Vibration and shake at idle (srt)

So recently rebuilt this car (was salvage) had no front end damage just rear quarter no airbags blown NOTHING. Only 50k on the clock. Everything aside from the hit mint condition very well taken care of. Full car was repaired and I also did some tune up work myself (belt plugs filters etc). While the car is idling In park or any gear for that matter there is a pulsating vibration/shake which occurs every 2-3 seconds. I'm watching the rpm needle and it doesn't drop or anything stays pretty steady around 6-700rpm i believe. The vibration almost feels like a grind and feels like the car is gonna shut off but it doesn't and hasn't as of yet. You can feel it through the pedals and even if you open the hood up and place your hands on the engine bay as well. :sometimes it doesn't happen at all but lately it's been there everyday. Now I took it to the dealer because nobody else could figure out what it was, I initially assumed it was a slight misfire but ran the computer on it through a shop and found no misfiring what so ever. So next step was dealer they told me my pcm and bcm and other sensors were out of programming and this may be the caUse of the issue along with cleaning the fuel injectors and all that stuff so I said. Cool go for it, also they said I had a code for a valve runner intake which I also purchased on my own and replaced. Low and behold problems still there! Take the car back they say they can't find anything wrong no codes no issues and that if the problem gets worse then maybe I need to. Consider opening the engine up but for the most part they don't think it's anything engine related..

I know this is long but I need some help input on what this possibly could be if anybody has any advice. Thanks
