I would think so, brother. I have read on these forumz that some dealers will honor the warranty after such work, but I would bet money that the majority would not. Maybe you need the Predator right now. I know that you have CAI and aftermarket exhaust. Maybe the A/F mixture is a bit off with the stock PCM flash. Oh wait, you did buy some sort of tuner didn't you?

 

Better get that car looked at Bullish, because it is likely you can kiss your warranty goodbye. You might get lucky like peno said though

 

I had something similar happen to me.. although I wasn't going 35 and gun it. I had my car go into limp mode when driving for no reason... Got out my superchip, and read a code that said it was a misfire. I reset it, and never had a problem since... knock on wood.

It recirculates your exhaust gases. It was brought in, if I recall in the early Seventies, by the Pollution Nazi's.:TD:

Have it checked out. I have had my endine light come on a couple of times this winter after going on the highway soon after start up. However my car never stalled...it ran fine. I know the code on mine was regarding the 02 sensor and probably because I have the 180 stat, CAI and Catback. All I have doen is pull fuse 11 and all is fine.

This happened to me a while back I was crusing along and slapped it into neutral to do a engine rev and it lost power and the light came on for the day then went off. Never had a chance to check it out. Never happened again. Good luck

 

My engine light came on once. Gas cap was loose. Bat

 

Touch wood, but the engine light on our Charger has never come on...

However our Ram...well that's a different story......last winter it was almost a daily occurance until they finally flashed it and changed some sensors out after the flash.

i think there is so much computer crap in these cars sometimes they glitch. like how your home computers do weird crap sometimes.

once in a rare while my car says my driver door is closed when its open, and twice Ive had the "check tpms system" flash on the dash but the pressures it says afterwords are perfect. so I ignored it. Ive never had the car turn off or the check engine light tho.

I agree...I think sometimes they need to be rebooted to get straightened out.

 

I would go with gas cap if you just got gas, otherwise could be a vacuum leak

If you have an autozone near you they will check for free. Or you could open you pred early:TU:

 

The code might still be in there. To see the code, turn your car completely off then turn the key to "ON" but don't start it, then back to off like 3 times and you will see the code where the mileage is. Post the code of do a search on it. This might help you find out why it turned off.
