Correct.....once you get underneath there all it is is twist and pull.

 

I just turned the wheel, carefully removed some of the plastic retainers and pulled back the plastic liner and there you have it. All bulb and the back of the fog light housing..

Just be super carefull with the little retainers they are easy to break. I would just take my time.

That screw adjusts the hight of the light. Like the screw you turn to adjust the hight of your headlight.

 

I wanted to know how hard it would be to change out a fog light on my Charger? I have not done any work on my car yet. Any suggestions on lights would be great.

I haven't done mine yet but I need to, a rock cracked one and they don't sell just replacement lenses you have to but a whole new fog light assembly and ouch it was pricey $90!

From the earlier posts it looks like it will be an easy swap, just undo some of the belly pan push pins to get access. If I do mine soon I'll try to let you know how it goes.
