Yeah, I was very supprised at how they downplayed the damage. The shipping company said they are paying for the damage so thats good. I go to look at it on Wednesday .
The company thinks it may be a complete loss becouse of engine damage. So time will tell.

Holy Hell man what did they do? Break a front strap and have it bash a wall all voyage? Looking at the pics I can't see any way for there to be motor damage. The bumper and radiator brace all look straight and clean, unless the radiator was punctured and the idiots ran it with no coolant.

"A little damage"...it looks like they were playing ping pong on board and your car was the ball! Hope they pay quickly for all the damage and your back on the road soon bro.

I havent seen it in person yet, just the two pics the company sent me. I will see it better next wed.
I was told the company, trans global I belive is going to pay for all repairs.
The crew at the arrival port in Korea were the ones that said they thought there was engine damage.

I just hope it can get fixed fast. I will keep everyone updated and post new pics when i go to the vehicle pickup center.

wow im sorry this happened bro.. i feel your anguish.. not to seem like an A-hole but im taking your army and your going over there for a year... why not just just dish out and bear without the charger for that amount of time?

Dang, that's clear evidence of negligence on the part of whoever put the car into the container. While they might be ready to pay for the repairs, getting all of the necessary parts and having the work done in Korea is going to make getting the job done right a challenge. I've shipped cars overseas and back several times and have always worried about what they would look like on the other end, but have never seen anything this bad. Best of luck on making your Charger whole again.

I wasnt going to take it with me but i brought my familly which makes it a 2 year tour. And the government was going to charge me to much to store it in the states, so I really had no choice but bring it

ahhhhh now it makes sense ok. i understand now lol but you shouldn't worry too much bro, if its a transport company they'll be bloated with money and they might get you a new engine and cover repairs if you pull out the attorney card. (if engine is damaged btw) heard many stories like this from my Germany/Italian stationed buddies.

I am not to worried about the cost since the transport company is paying the bill, i just hope it doesnt take to long to fix everything.
